The Enduring Design: Copper Roofing, Flashing and Gutter Systems Webinar is a one-hour introduction to copper and copper alloys, concentrating on roofing system design. The presentation explores the useful physical properties and sustainable attributes of copper and copper alloys in relation to roofing design, flashing, and gutters. A discussion of industry design practices and situations to avoid are followed by a question and answer session.

- Discuss where copper comes from and what makes it sustainable
- Define copper's physical properties, and how design professionals can make use of these properties when designing high performance, efficient buildings and infrastructure
- Describe basic roofing, flashing and gutter design practice as well situations to avoid
- Describe a number of recent copper roofing projects, providing examples of current copper/copper alloy installations, and examples of good design practice, as well as examples of situations where design could be improved
