Course Objectives:

Upon Completion of this course you will have a better Understanding of the following:

• Characteristics of environments where industrial grade work surfaces are typically specified.
• Recognize the characteristics and attributes of Epoxy Resin and be able to compare and contrast it with other materials such as: Solid Surface, Stainless Steel, Chemically Resistant Composite Resin, and Chemically Resistant
• High Pressure Laminate, and Resin Impregnated Natural Stone.
  
• How all the materials compare in performance. Look in depth at: Physical Durability, Chemical Resistance,
• Heat Resistance, Moisture Resistance, Flammability, Useful Life.
  
• Gain knowledge of the various design options when using Epoxy Resin such as: material thickness, color, edge finish, backsplash type, sink type, and accessories.
