need to receive a grade of 80% or higher to receive

| Step 1. Review
the outline and notes provided on the Overview
tab. |

| Step 2. Ensure
that you are logged in. This is required to view
the course or take a quiz. You will find the
login in the top left corner of any Design Professionals
page. If you have not yet created an account,
simply click on the "create an account" link
located below the login fields. |
|
| Step 3. View
and study the CE course by clicking on the Course
tab. For additional Course instructions click
the Course Instructions tab above. |
|
| Step 4. When
you are ready, select the Quiz tab. A new window
will open with the Quiz. To answer, simply select
one answer for each question. When you have answered
all of the questions, click the blue submit button
located at the bottom of the page. The window
will refresh with your Quiz results. |

Step 5. Should
you not pass on your first attempt, you will
see this message at the top of the Quiz page:
"You did not successfully pass the quiz with
a minimum grade of 80%." Review
your answers, close that Quiz window, revisit the
course material, and select the Quiz tab again
when you’re ready. Answer the questions accordingly. |

Step 6. When
you pass the Quiz, the window will display this
message at the top of the page:
"Congratulations! You correctly answered
__ out of 10 questions. You have received credit
for this
course." |

| Step 7. Click "View
and Print Certificate" to print or save
your certificate of completion. A confirmation
email will be sent to the email address you used
when establishing your RonBlank.com account. |
|
| Step 8. Leave
Feedback on this Course. We would love to hear
your thoughts! Answer the questions and select
the blue submit button at the bottom of the page. |

| Step 9. Return
to the Course Overview page to review the course
sponsor information or to ask the expert a question
by contacting the telephone number provided. |

| Step 10. Return
to the course listing page to take another course
by selecting the Online Courses link located
above, beneath the Design Professionals banner. |
