Transforming Lives Through Open Minds, Organization, and Universal Design

In this one-hour presentation, we will explore how organization plays a role in promoting a better quality of life for building occupants.
We will review principles of inclusive design and how they can help people with all levels of abilities and challenges, including physical, cognitive and neurodevelopmental challenges. Finally, we examine real life case studies where the application of universal design and customized organizational strategies have helped create environments where the occupants are supported to live their best lives.
