Mr. Fowler has served many capacities in the lath and plaster industry, from a licensed contractor, association technical director to chairman for the state apprenticeship program. He sits on ASTM committees and has authored the Stucco Resource Guide as well as the Plaster and Drywall Systems Manual. He worked for Soltner Group Architects in Seattle specializing in exterior claddings, including expert witness work for litigation.
