Since 1945, Fire Trol has manufactured durable, aesthetically designed prefabricated fireproof columns. These columns are in use every day at construction projects throughout the country—saving owners time and money by reducing installation time. From its beginnings, Fire Trol has focused on product reliability. The company knows architects and engineers need complete confidence in the structural products they specify, which is why Fire Trol only uses steel and concrete combined with a proprietary fireproofing process that meets or exceeds UL® regulations. Fire Trol is a division of United Steel located in Hartford, CT.
