This course provides an advanced review of toilet room design requirements in accordance with the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design. Participants will examine the accessibility criteria for grab bars, toilet compartments, water closets, lavatories, sinks, and toilet room accessories. The course emphasizes the application of ADA requirements to support accessible, code-compliant restroom designs that enhance occupant safety, usability, and overall building performance.

- Identify the required locations, dimensions, and installation criteria for grab bars in accordance with the 2010 ADA Standards.
- Differentiate between the various types of accessible toilet compartments and their applicable design requirements.
