Craig Hannum is the President of Marsh Creek Contracting, LLC, an award-winning, family-owned exterior contracting company specializing in multifamily remediation projects throughout the Northeast and the Carolinas. Known for its commitment to excellence, Marsh Creek stands apart by operating with fully in-house, homegrown construction crews — delivering unmatched consistency, craftsmanship, and customer service.
Craig holds a B.S. in Business Management and Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University. His passion for construction was forged early, having worked alongside his father in the family’s remodeling business throughout high school and college. With over 25 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial remodeling, Craig brings deep industry knowledge and leadership to every project.
Early in his professional career, Craig served as a Project Manager for Ryan Homes, where he successfully oversaw the construction of nearly 200 new single-family homes. This experience gave him the operational expertise to manage large-scale developments with precision and care.
Outside of work, Craig is a devoted husband and proud father of three. He enjoys sports, spending time outdoors, and mentoring young men at his church, Brandywine Grace.
