Investigate the interplay of color and light: this in depth course explores the design impact of lighting. Color Temperature. Color Rendering Index (CRI), and Light Reflectance Value (LRV). Additionally, we'll identify problems that occur as a result of product substitution and color matching.

Learning Objectives: 
  1. Summarize the role of light and the process that occurs between the brain and the eye for humans to see and perceive color
  2. Compare the characteristics of different light sources, specifically color temperature, and color rendering index and their impact on color
  3. Explain light reflectance value (LRV) and the different types of light distribution
  4. Identify problems that occur as a result of product substitution and color matching
